The Philippines is 5–6 hours ahead of Finland. Our assistants work shifts that overlap with the European workday, typically from late morning EU time onward. Some founders actually prefer it — work that goes in at end-of-day Helsinki is often done by morning.
NDAs are signed before any access is granted. Credentials are shared via 1Password with MFA. Access is scoped to what's needed and revoked at the end of an engagement. Our data handling practices are GDPR-aligned and documented for client review.
Two things. First, we cover absences with a trained backup so you're never left without support. Second, if the match isn't right, we replace the assistant — at our cost, not yours. Continuity is part of what you're paying for.
